We are looking for people who are able to fully commit to coming to our committee meetings held every 2 months. We have three roles to fill:-
- Chairperson
- Vice Chairperson
- Secretary
Interested people need to either have a basic understanding of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia or be willing to learn about these conditions.
Volunteers for these role need to be over 18 years old with no criminal convictions.
Support meetings are held once a month in Taradale every third Friday It would be beneficial if the applicants were able to attend these meetings so they have an idea about the members who are going through a difficult and often misunderstood illness.
We are keen to hear from volunteers who can make an ongoing commitment to our organisation.
