The Hawke's Bay Knowledge Bank digitally records written, oral, pictorial history donated /loaned to us to preserve, and digitally store the history.
We are looking for someone to edit our oral histories (interviews).
Nobody talks in a straight line, so we need someone to take out all the umms and arr's etc and make the sentences flow. The audio has already been transcribed verbatim, so the transcript needs to be edited to match the audio.
We use Audacity to edit the audio files, but you could use a different program as long as the end result was the same.
Full training will be given.
Ability to use an audio editing program a bonus.
Good computer knowledge
