Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawke’s Bay needs passionate, community-minded volunteers to join our Fundraising Task Group. Help us create exciting new events & fundraising initiatives to reach our fundraising goals and ensure we can support as many mentoring matches as possible, building life-changing connections for children aged 6–12.
We are committed to establishing and supporting long-term, consistent, and meaningful mentoring relationships, making our community safer and more connected for youth.
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are confident, organised, and well-connected in the community.
- Have skills in communication, social media, event planning, or creative problem-solving.
- Bring empathy, resourcefulness, and a drive to make a difference.
Your Commitment:
- A monthly meeting
- Collaborate on an annual funding strategy
- Hands-on involvement in fundraising events & initiatives
This is your chance to give back, get involved, and help create brighter futures for Hawke’s Bay youth.
Interested? Send an email to helen@bbbs.nz with your skills, experience, and what you can bring to the committee. We’d love to hear from you!
