For 78 years we’ve supported children, families, disabled people, and older people through our work in Hawke’s Bay. We couldn’t do all this without volunteers who with their generosity helps us to continue making a difference in the community. We’re looking for more great people to join our volunteer team.
You’ll make new friends, learn new skills, and be part of social change in the lives of local people. Our Taradale Charity Shop are on the lookout for more Retail Assistants to support the many varied activities each day. If you have an eye for detail and a knack for finding treasures you will enjoy receiving donations, picking out the gems, and creating displays.
If you’re a passionate upcycler or sewer then the sky is the limit in our shops, missing buttons, and dropped hems awaiting your care. Or if you enjoy dealing with shoppers, and you’re outgoing and friendly you might be comfortable working on the till (full training given).
Our Shop Managers and retail assistants are a friendly bunch, and we would love to have you join the team. Get in contact with us today for more information.
