The Knowledge Bank Hawke's Bay is seeking volunteers to assist with resizing digital images for our historical archive.
Our archive captures the people, places, events, celebrations, and tragedies that have shaped Hawke’s Bay. By resizing and preparing images for digital preservation, you’ll be helping ensure these stories are accessible to future generations.
Tasks include:
- Resizing scanned photographs and documents.
- Ensuring consistent formatting for archival standards.
- Supporting the digital preservation of Hawke’s Bay’s rich heritage.

Skills needed:
- Methodical & organised, with a good attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills. Willingness to become familiar with using our software.
- Be able to store images, following a basic filing system structure.
