We’re looking for a tech-savvy volunteer to support our small but mighty team with all things digital – from simple fixes to smarter systems. You’ll be the go-to person for those “Why won’t this printer connect?” moments, right through to “Can our CRM do what we actually need?”

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and helping people feel more confident with tech – without all the jargon.

 Key Tasks

• Troubleshoot basic tech issues (printer, login, Wi-Fi problems)
• Fix spreadsheet errors and formatting (Excel and Google Sheets)
• Help organise and streamline our shared cloud folders
• Review our current CRM and suggest improvements or alternatives

• Recommend digital tools that can save time and reduce manual work
• Create easy-to-follow “how-to” guides for the team
