We are looking for volunteers to support members engage in a facilitated fitness group based in a local Napier gym.
The group focuses on functional fitness, strength and balance for people of all ages from mid-30’s to early 80’s with the intention of improving everyday mobility and confidence.
The role involves assisting the members to navigate through the space and guide them to equipment. This will include being confident in human guiding (training will be provided) and adjusting the weight on their equipment. You do not need to participate in the exercise yourself nor would you need to facilitate the class as there will be a qualified personal trainer running these sessions.
When: Tuesday’s or Thursday’s at 11am –to be confirmed
Please note this role may include transporting clients to and from home.
