Facilitator (Reintegration)

Facilitators are required to deliver the Peace Education Programme in Hawkes Bay Regional Prison, and to run Men's Group (Peer support) in Hastings and Napier. 

 

Peace Education Facilitators:

We are currently looking for facilitators to deliver this worldwide programme in Hawkes Bay Regional Prison.

We have been running this programme at Community Corrections, and have been asked to take it inside the prison.

Sessions are delivered using resources provided (Video's and workbooks).

Training is mostly completed online through live interactive zoom sessions.

One day face to face training to be completed in Hastings.

Sessions run for 1 hour only, you will be required to help set up and pack away, with a total time required of 2 hours.

There are 10 sessions in the programme. 

 

Men's GROUP:

This is a 10 week programme run in Hastings and Napier, for two hours each session.

GROUP has the simple objective: To communicate and learn.

Your role will be to either co-facilitate or take GROUP by yourself.

There is a set format, however your ability to listen and engage in a group setting will be welcome.
