Want to be part of the Fire and Emergency NZ - but just not at the sharp end putting out fires?
At all emergency events there are a whole range of jobs and role that need to be done, including traffic control, dealing with the public, assisting the officer in charge of the event with information gathering, assisting in getting equipment and people to the incident.
Applicants are required to do self-assessment medical and a criminal check is mandatory.
All training will be provided locally.
Long term commitment due to extensive training.
Community focussed team-player.
