We need someone with an eye for detail and a love for storytelling through images to help capture the magic at our events, and the special connections between our mentors and mentees. If you’re available to volunteer your time and skills, we’d love to have you along to document these amazing moments.
What You’ll Do:
- Attend selected events and gatherings to capture candid and posed shots
- Help us showcase the joy and impact of our programs through your lens
- Work closely with our team to ensure our mentors and mentees feel comfortable and celebrated in each shot

An experienced photographer with a knack for capturing candid moments, group shots, and portraits. Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawkes Bay is looking for a skilled volunteer to help document the special moments at our events with mentors and mentees.
We’d love someone who:
- Based in Hawkes Bay
- Specialises in candid photography, group shots, and portrait work
- Is comfortable working in different environments and with diverse groups of people
- Has a warm, friendly approach to help our mentors and mentees feel at ease
**Requirements:**
- Must have experience in event and portrait photography
- Willing to donate your time for scheduled events (1- 4 hours per event, 6-8 events per year)
- Able to bring and use your own equipment
- Be Hawkes Bay based
