Waipukurau Little Theatre is looking for a second Licensed Bar Manager to join our small, enthusiastic team and help create a welcoming experience for theatre-goers.
With around 10 shows across three seasons each year, this volunteer role supports both evening performances and matinees. You'll play an important part in helping audiences enjoy their visit while contributing to the vibrant local arts scene. Our final dress rehearsal is a review night and as a volunteer you get to see the show as a thank you for supporting us!
What you'll be doing:
• Preparing and replenishing bar supplies before performances
• Serving patrons and processing cash and EFTPOS sales
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting to the Treasurer for reordering
• Ensuring all licensing requirements are met
• Working alongside Front of House volunteers to provide excellent customer service
• Holds a current Bar Manager's Licence
• Has an interest in theatre and the performing arts
• Is friendly, welcoming, and enjoys interacting with people
• Works well as part of a team
• Is reliable and organised
