Role Details
- Task: Print and record referrals. Then select, sort, and box curtains from inventory.
- Goal: Match styles and sizes to recipient requests (e.g., kids' rooms, elderly housing).
- Vibe: Active, hands-on, and a focus on our recipients getting the best we can provide at the time.
What We Are Looking For
- Computer Literate: To print out and catalogue emailed referrals
- Energy: Someone active who can move comfortably around the workroom.
- Attention to detail: Ability to sort by size, colour, and specific household needs.
- No sewing required: Focus is purely on picking, packing, and sorting stock.
- Day of Week: Thursday or Tuesday mornings
- Someone who can work independently, show initiative and be part of a larger group of volunteers.
You will be buddied up with an experienced packer for initial training.
