These roles are pivotal in the operation of the Sustainable HB and a positive force for climate action.
The customer service role includes assisting customers with their specialist recycling, answering phone and walk-in enquiries on our services, taking messages, cash handling, sales of products and advice on sustainability.
Our volunteers typically commit to one 3-4 hour shift per week, although we are somewhat flexible.
Full training is available and there are opportunities to be involved in other parts of the organisation.
