About the role
As a Volunteer Walks & Tours Guide, you’ll help deliver guided walking tours and hosted experiences that showcase Napier’s iconic Art Deco buildings and post‑earthquake history. You’ll be supported with full training,
What you’ll be doing
- Leading or assisting with guided walking tours
- Welcoming visitors and sharing local knowledge and stories
- Representing the Art Deco Trust in a friendly, professional manner
- Answering questions and helping visitors make the most of their time in Napier
- Supporting special tours and festival events throughout the year
