The Red Cross is there to help relieve communities affected by disasters, disease and conflict. Whether it's by reconnecting loved ones, supporting healthcare workers or providing vital emotional and practical support, the Red Cross is always there to help.
Our mission is to improve the lives of vulnerable people by mobilising the power of humanity and enhancing community resilience.
New Zealand Red Cross also operates a number of Op- Shops in Hawkes Bay. They also deliver around 100,000 Meals on Wheels every year to people in Central Hawke’s Bay, Hastings, Havelock North, Taradale and Napier areas.
