How are your people skills? What about your computer skills? We are looking for a couple of people to help out in some key areas of the organisation.
FRONT DESK
Do you enjoy talking to people and making them feel welcome?
- You will be required to outline to those who enter the Repair Cafe how everything works and do a quick assessment on the item to see if it can be repaired by the team.
- You will need to ask simple questions such as, have you changed the batteries etc
DATA ENTRY
- Could you cope with simple Data Entry?
- Every person that comes into the café is given a sheet asking for their details and the details of the item repaired. The fixer notes down if it was fixed and a bit more info.
- This is all collated to help keep track of the real impact the repair café is having.
The Repair Cafe operates the second Sunday of most months 12.30 - 4.30pm
