Publicity, Marketing & Communication Assistant

 

We’re looking for a volunteer to support the Citizens Advice Bureau team with marketing, communications, and publicity campaigns. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are quite the same!

You might help with tasks such as making phone calls, using a computer, or chatting with members of the public to help spread the word about our services.

This role offers great flexibility and support, including:

  • Guidance from a dedicated volunteer coordinator
  • A location close to public transport
  • Accessible facilities, including a disability toilet
  • The option to work from home
  • Flexible hours to fit around your schedule

We’d love to hear from someone who can offer a few hours each week and has an interest or background in marketing. Your help will make a real difference by raising awareness of the important services the Citizens Advice Bureau provides to the community. To offer a few hours each week, to assist with the marketing and publicity roles of Citizen's Advice Bureau. We are looking for someone with a marketing background to develop and increase awareness of our services in the community.
